This last, and possibly the worst of Universal's mummy movies of the 1940s does feature a fine performance by Virginia Christine as she, as Ananka, rises from where she had been buried in the previous movie, The Mummy's Ghost. Other than that, this is a generally poorly acted and poorly scripted, predictable movie.
